I must admit that a beach christmas has a certain something to it. Nice weather, sunshine, ocean waves and having a christmas party buffet in an ocean view resort wearing a summer dress. There is something to it, it is just something I do not get.
The night before christmas
I need my family and my christmas month. Christmas markets, christmas carols, hot chocolate and some form of winter where you at least wear a sweater.
Do not get me wrong. We had a lovely day here in Muine and it was the first christmas we spend just by ourselves but that was the problem. We were lacking our families and christmas is a family and friends holiday for ne. It brings you back to your roots and close to your loved ones.

The beach itself was wonderful, I finished reading my book, we had a pool right by the beach and we enjoyed very good food and drinks. The ride from HCMC was also a real experience since we went local and took hard seat tickets. You are guaranteed no aircon, lots of dust, hard wooden benches and lots of locals. Anyone going on vacation here should give it a try.
