This is going to be quick and unspectacular. We went by bus to Chiang Rai, where we went to Wat Rong Khun aka the white temple. Afterwards we checked out the nightmarket and had a thai style hot pot which I liked a lot. The next morning we took the direct bus at 10 am to the Bokeo bus station, Laos. We arrived at Ban Huayxay (where our little hostel is located) around 2 pm. We just had our first meal and now are off to the temple to enjoy the sunset over the Mekong river.

And we found another cat place, this time in Chiang Rai. It is called Cat n a cup.

In Thailand waren wir ja auch, sogar bis in den Norden in die Berge gefahren. Aber das war nut Touristenprogramm, vorbereitet und hundert- oder tausendfach durchgeführt! Ihr aber erwischt hin und wieder Nahtstellen mit dem richtigen Leben, ganz toll!
