I am sorry this content is not available in your country. You should know by now that we are not able to check or upload to facebook and instagram. And to top it off the wordpress app just decided to delete my article about Beijing.
So I start over but shorten it a little and again will let some pictures speak for me.
We were happy to find Beijing a very pleasent city to travel for foreigners. Every station is written in latin letters as well. This did not help much when we were looking for our hostel and were not able to find it right away. It took us 20 minutes, an offline map with gps, asking three chinese and some tourists we asked for a paper map to figure out where it was. The tourists were from Germany, so that did not brighten the mood. But shortly afterwards we walked the park of the Temple of Heaven and all struggles were forgotten. This was a green oasis in the busy city of Beijing and there were much more we discovered later. Our favourite beiing Beihai park.

Our second day was a day to rember. We hiked seven towers on the Great Wall of China. It was amazing!!!

The next days we saw the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and we roamed the streets. After 5 weeks of travelling we felt a little exhausted and did not want to rush from one sight to another. We decided to also just enjoy being in a different culture zone.

Now we are on a great new train, off to the power sightseeing city Xi`an.

Viel Freude weiterhin!
